Last updated: 21/01/2026

This Right to Cancellation Policy explains your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when purchasing goods or services from VANTIX Gaming at a distance (for example, online, by phone, or by email).

This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Refunds Policy, Returns Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Your Right to Cancel

1.1 If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2 The cancellation period expires 14 days after:

  • The day you receive the goods; or

  • The day the contract for services is entered into (for services only)

2. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

2.1 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (for example, by email).

2.2 You may use any clear wording to communicate your decision. We may request confirmation in writing for record-keeping purposes.

3. Effects of Cancellation

3.1 If you cancel within the cancellation period, we will reimburse payments received from you, subject to the exclusions set out in this policy.

4. Exemptions to the Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:

4.3 Goods that have been installed, used, or customised as part of a service

5. Services Started During the Cancellation Period

5.1 If you request that a service (such as diagnostics, servicing, cleaning, or repairs) begins during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that:

  • You may lose your right to cancel once the service is completed; or

  • You may be liable for reasonable costs already incurred if you cancel before completion

6. Returning Goods After Cancellation

6.1 Where cancellation applies, goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.

6.2 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

6.3 Goods must be returned in their original condition.

7. Refund Timing

7.1 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods; or

  • Being provided with evidence that goods have been returned
