Refunds Policy

This Refunds Policy explains how refunds are handled by VANTIX Gaming. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Workmanship Warranty.

This policy is intended to be fair, transparent, and compliant with UK consumer law.

1. General Refund Principles

1.1 Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the product or service provided.

1.2 Refunds are not guaranteed in all circumstances and will be issued only where appropriate under this policy and applicable consumer legislation.

1.3 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. Custom-Built PC Systems

2.1 Custom-built PC systems are assembled to a Client’s individual specifications.

2.2 Once build work has commenced, custom-built systems are generally non-refundable, except where:

  • The system is faulty

  • The system does not match the agreed specification

  • A remedy is required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

2.3 Where a fault is identified, we will normally offer a repair or replacement before a refund, where appropriate.

3. Pre-Built Systems

3.1 Refunds for pre-built systems may be available in accordance with consumer rights.

3.2 Systems must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3.3 Deductions may be made where there is damage, missing items, or signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.

4. Services, Labour & Diagnostics

4.1 Fees for services including diagnostics, cleaning, servicing, repairs, and labour are non-refundable once the service has been carried out.

4.2 Where a service has not yet commenced, refunds may be considered at our discretion.

5. Components and Parts

5.1 Components supplied as part of a service or build are non-refundable once installed, unless faulty.

5.2 Faulty components will be handled in line with manufacturer warranty procedures.

6. Faulty Goods and Remedies

6.1 Where goods are faulty, incorrect, or not as described, remedies will be provided in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6.2 Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and time elapsed.

7. Refund Method and Timeframes

7.1 Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

7.2 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once eligibility has been confirmed.

8. Shipping Costs

8.1 Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

8.2 Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with our Returns and Shipping policies.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

9.1 Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

9.2 Unresolved chargebacks may delay resolution while investigations are completed.
