Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how returns are handled by VANTIX Gaming in relation to products and services provided. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Workmanship Warranty.

A separate Right to Cancellation Policy applies where relevant and is provided independently.

1. General Principles

1.1 Due to the nature of our services, many items we supply are bespoke, custom-built, or supplied as part of a service.

1.2 Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with consumer law and this policy.

1.3 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. Custom-Built PC Systems

2.1 Custom-built PC systems are assembled to a Client’s individual specifications.

2.2 As custom-made goods, these systems are generally non-returnable once build work has commenced, except where:

  • The system is faulty

  • The system does not match the agreed specification

  • There is a fault covered by our workmanship warranty

2.3 Change of mind returns are not accepted for custom-built systems.

3. Pre-Built Systems

3.1 Where pre-built systems are offered, returns may be accepted in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

3.2 Systems must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3.3 Any damage, missing components, or signs of use beyond reasonable inspection may affect eligibility for a refund.

4. Components Supplied as Part of a Service

4.1 Components supplied and installed as part of a repair, upgrade, or refurbishment are non-returnable once installed, unless faulty.

4.2 Faulty components will be handled in line with manufacturer warranty procedures.

5. Servicing, Repairs, Diagnostics & Cleaning

5.1 Services such as diagnostics, cleaning, servicing, and labour are non-refundable once carried out.

5.2 Where a fault persists after repair, we will assess the issue in line with our workmanship warranty.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

6.1 If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

6.2 We may request:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic or video evidence

  • Return of the system or component for inspection

6.3 Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on circumstances and legal requirements.

7. Return Authorisation

7.1 Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation.

7.2 Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

8. Return Shipping

8.1 Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, Clients are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Adequate packaging

  • Transit insurance if desired

8.2 VANTIX Gaming is not responsible for damage incurred during return transit.

9. Refund Processing

9.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

9.2 Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe once eligibility is confirmed.
